Testing the Spoiler/Gear Warning Alarms
« on: June 14, 2019, 09:50:38 AM »
Does the glider need to be moving to test the gear warning alarm?  I loaded a new pilot configuration and the spoiler and gear alarms are not functioning as expected.  I suspect I incorrectly assigned the pin numbers (3/4 and 5/6) and the reverse sense check boxes in the new config file.  I need to verify the correct configuration on the ground.  How do I do this?

You can check the switch states on info/sensor readings screen.  Scroll down to find switch states.  N0 indicates open, N1 indicates closed.  Cycle gear & spoilers with fuse on the dolly.
