CN2 sluggish performance issue

We've had several instances of CN2s slowing down, especially at boot time. 

It turns out that the issue is an internal housekeeping thing that CN2 does, it keeps too many diagnostic logs.  Fortunately, this is easily correctable and it will be fixed.  Pending the next release, you can fix the problem yourself by reloading the CN2 software from your USB drive.  This cleans up the old diagnostic logs and will restore performance immediately.

update:  It's not necessary to reload the software to make this work.  Any update (waypoints, etc.) will cause the diagnostic logs to be moved to the USB drive.  You don't even need to add any files, simply run the updater.

THANK YOU Evan! This slowdown was driving me nuts. Performance seems back to normal now.
