Mark Turn in ATA
« on: August 01, 2015, 01:15:24 PM »
I like to play "what if" with Area tasks to see the effect on subsequent turn areas.  I would like to have a simple way to reset the marked point to the ellipse without having to cycle the power switch or trying to move the mark to the original point.

Task/Action/Next Leg, followed by
Task/Action/Previous Leg will clear the marked point.

Not very neat & tidy... but it works.  There might be a more straight forward way to do this, but I don't know what it might be.

Your way is better than turning it off and back on

I have learned another way to delete the "marked turn point".  Once you enter the area, click "turn here" and then the ellipse this area will take out the marked point and return the system to "normal".  Although it requires being in the turn area, it has fewer steps than otherwise since there is no need to change from the map page.
