I'm wondering the same.
That's a really big offset. It might indicate a hardware fault. Rare, but it happens.
In any event, something is way out of whack and needs fixing before it's going to work as intended.

Sitting on the ground with negligible wind, the ClearNav XC vario in my new glider is reporting ~24-kt IAS. Can someone post or email the procedure for zeroing the pneumatic sensors? Thanks.
